Can you take a guess which
game this pic is from?
Things are rolling right along here at Nerdballoon, The Lunchpail Platoon is already up to episode six, wow. Episode #6 for the LP2 starts strong, goes strange, and ends... well you'll have to listen to find out! The Platoon chats about the best PC games of 1987;
  • Dungeon Master,
  • Leisure Suit Larry in the Land of the Lounge Lizards,
  • Police Quest 1: In Pursuit of the Death Angel
  • Sid Meier's Pirates.
I guess back in '87 they sure weren't afraid of long titles. The cast gets out of hand when the Platoon calls a former high school teacher and old school gaming guru. Subscribe in iTunes or grab the RSS feed, Digg it or Tweet it.

The most painful part was that, in his heart, you know he wanted to answer the question.

I wonder if minutes later he went downstairs pretending to get a snack.... once he was out of earshot of the wife he quickly checked his phone in the kitchen with call display... hoping to see a number he could call back with his answer... unfortunately for him their wasn't one.. phantom late night retro-gaming call...he'll always wonder if it actually happened
